It really does take a village.
Pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting can be overwhelming. You may feel like you have lost yourself, you may feel constant worry about your baby, you may feel you should be enjoying this time more than you are, or maybe parenting toddlers has you overwhelmed and burnt out. Whatever you are experiencing- we can work together to strengthen your resilience, self-awareness, and connection to yourself and your growing family.
My approach is compassionate and evidence-based. I bring authenticity and transparency into my work—showing up as my genuine self so clients feel safe to do the same. My style is relaxed and conversational because I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real human connection.
